I know we give the league a rough go,but if you look at the bowl season this year (save for Miami looking like trash-still lost by just 6 ),the ACC has at least been competitive. BC hung tough with USC,UNC had a shot vs Pitt,2-0 vs the mighty SEC with Clemson taking out UK and VT embarrassing UT. At least some signs of life anyway.

and the Mountain West (or what ever they are called) are perfect in bowl games so far. should they be elevated to an auto BCS bowl bid to the conference champ?

Why do you always have to attack anyone who is voicing their opinion? I'll give mt 2 cents about the ACC and SEC. IMO VT could have beaten any team in the SEC except UF and Bama. I'm not sure they couldn't beat UF. And while Bama ran over them in the 4th, they gave Bama a very good game for 3 quarters and was leading in the 4th. Yoy talk about UT being the 7-5 team but I don't think they would have finished any better if not worse in the ACC. I think there are several in the ACC that could beat them. And VT didn't just beat them they Sh&t stomped em.

I wouldn't mind seeing the SEC lose the BCS games, and then we'll easily have a split for co-champs this year. It's almost a have to.
but I'm pulling for Bama to beat Texas.

The ACC is 3-3 now with FSU's win over a ranked opponent as of now Biggin,and they should have been better than that. Let's not be a hypocrite here Biggin talking about how pitiful those SEC teams were when just a month or so ago you were bragging on USC and UGA's romp over those "pitiful" ACC teams GT and Clemson. Most folks had UT winning big over VT because of them being in the SEC. The ACC got just a taste of getback going 2-0 head to head with the SEC this bowl season. We all know that the SEC is greater than the NFL according to you guys on here,but let's not slight the effort of Clemson and VT either.

I guess VT should admit that they got the Sh&t stomped by Bama since the stats were even more lopsided than their win over UT.

Also Biggun, technically UT was 2nd in the East. Hopefully this years class and next years puts UT back in the top 10 annually where UT used to be.
